Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
